For Students :
- Hostels inside the campus are available for student participants. ₹2000 for resident Indians and $35 for others will be charged for four nights (14th-17th December, 2017).
For Others :
- Accommodation has been pre-booked at different hotels in our neighborhood for the period of 14th-18th December, 2017. You need to contact the hotel yourself to book the room using a promo code specific to a given hotel. Details of this code will be separately communicated to all the registered participants. Please see contact details of hotels below. Available rooms at discounted rates are subject to availability. We advise you to book your stay as soon as possible.

- Cancellation: Notification of cancellation and changes must be made in writing and sent to the hotel directly. Cancellation or change will be done as per the respective hotel policy. The conference organizers will not be involved in either booking or cancellation process of hotels.
In case of hostels, cancellation request must be sent in writing to conference email id (ie. apctcc8@gmail.com) at least 4 weeks prior to the conference date .
