- Cancellation : Full refund of registration fee may be given only if such a request is received in writing to the conference email id before 15th November, 2017. The refund will be processed only after the conference. No refund will be provided for cancellations after 15th November, 2017.

APCTCC8 Unique Identity Code :
At the end of the first phase of registration, a unique ID will be generated for each participant. You must retain this ID for the payment, booking of accommodation, abstract submission and any other procedure related to the conference.
