MWQC-2019

The second edition of Mumbai Workshop on Quantum Chemistry (MWQC-2019) will be held at IIT
Bombay from June 5th-9th 2019. The workshop will focus on fundamentals and applications of density
functional theory.
The workshop will have several sessions dedicated to rigorous formulation of DFT from the first
principles. These sessions will be complemented by tutorials, hand-on session, and talks from eminent
speakers on applications of the DFT theory.
The registration will be limited to 35 participants, allowing for closer discussions between participants and
speakers. We will also be organizing tours within IIT Bombay campus and in Mumbai city depending upon the weather conditions.
Accommodation is available within the IIT Bombay campus.
