01 Fees
What it costs.
One fee per delegate, by category, from now until registration closes on 30 Sep 2026. Every registration includes:
- Access to all plenary and invited lectures, poster and networking sessions, and the panel discussion
- Meals: welcome dinner on 13 Dec; breakfast, lunch and banquet dinner on 14 Dec; breakfast and lunch on 15 Dec; coffee and tea on 14 and 15 Dec
- Workshop kit
All fees are quoted before tax.
18% GST is added to every category. The figure in the right-hand column is what you will actually be charged.

Foreign categories are quoted in US dollars. The IIT Bombay gateway settles in Indian rupees only, so it is charged the rupee equivalent shown above at $1 = ₹95.00; your card issuer applies its own rate, so the amount finally debited will differ slightly.
