When can I register?
Registration opens on 6 October 2026. Early bird registration closes on 15 December 2026, and late registration closes on 30 December 2026. Use the registration form: you will receive a personal payment link by email. The early bird fee applies to payments completed by the early bird deadline.
Is accommodation available?
Published fees include options with and without accommodation for students, postdoctoral fellows and faculty. The industry category has no accommodation option. Contact the organisers for accommodation arrangements.
How do I submit an abstract?
Students, postdoctoral fellows and faculty upload their abstract as a PDF (up to 5 MB) in the registration form; it is required for these categories. Students and postdoctoral fellows can also mark it as open for an oral presentation. Industry registrations do not include an abstract.
Are workshop fees included?
The pre-conference workshops take place on 18–19 January 2027. Workshop fees and registration requirements will be announced. Please confirm with the organisers before making arrangements.
