Khushbu Sharma
Education Khushbu is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at National Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology , University of Mumbai . She completed her Bachelor's in (Honors) Physics from the University of Delhi. Her current research interests lie in the area of semiconductor materials and their applications. Her Master's project is titled "UV Detection using ultra wide bandgap semiconductors". She has gained valuable practical experience through internships at SAMEER (IITB. Campus), Excel Instruments Vasai, and Surface Modification Technologies Vasai. These experiences have provided her with hands-on experience in various thin film deposition techniques including thermal vapor deposition, Rf & DC sputtering and pulsed laser deposition. She is currently working on high k-dielectric transfer for short channel effects and memristor devices.
